By accessing or using our website, app, or any related services (“the Platform”), you (“you”, “your”, “the user”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (“Agreement”). Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
Dynamic Dominion and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your reliance on any information provided through the Platform.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of this Agreement.

5. Memberships and Payments

Certain features may require a paid membership.
Payment terms, renewal conditions, and cancellation policies will be clearly stated at checkout.
You authorize Dynamic Dominion to charge your selected payment method in accordance with the subscription plan you choose.

6. User Content

By doing so, you grant Dynamic Dominion a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the operation of the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or share:
Does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights;
Does not contain or promote pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive material;
Does not contain malware, spam, or any material intended to disrupt the Platform;
Complies with all applicable laws and community standards.

Dynamic Dominion reserves the right to:
Remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms; and
Suspend or terminate accounts involved in uploading or distributing prohibited content.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Platform — including logos, branding, text, images, and software — are the property of Dynamic Dominion or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of this content without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dynamic Dominion shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
